Why does a post which instructs us all to "ignore" have 175 reads?

A)Because we thought "ignore" is a reasonably priced, responsive newcomer that isn't a screening nazi.
B)Becasue we thought it was a warning to ignore a ROB or LE.
C)Because we have authority issues and challenge them every chance we get.
D) Because we're refined to the point where there are only readers and no posters.
Pencils down.

LOL TOBS.  I love you man.  I mean, in a guy way.  I mean, like, oh never mind.

Actually, I was B, followed closely by C.

Very astute, bro.

Actually I was thinking about it.
In sales, it's the creation of the appearance of scarcity.  Sometimes called the "take away close."  It's one of the biggest motivators in causing people to take action fast.

"Only 3 left at this price."
"I have another guy coming in to look at this car at noon."
"Yeah, the phone's been ringing off the hook for this ad."
"Now that I think about it, I'm not sure I really want to sell."

"I'm a rebel, Dottie.  A loner."  That's actually the authority issue thing AND the scarcity thing.
