Seriously, most of the "too good to be true" ads on CL are just that. If a girl is a good provider and is "young and hot" like you say, she isn't going to undercharge when she can get more. Maybe 1 in 100, but they aren't stupid...they can just as easily look at TER or Cityvibe or Eros as view CL.
Save your money and see someone with good reviews who costs a little more than CL. It is worth it.
You are not going to get any more young and hot than Hillary Cavanaugh (I will personally vouch for that!), but there are several others in SD who would fit your bill. Don't bother with CL...search TER, save a little money , and see the best!
I see a lot of young, hot looking girls on craigslist. But more often than not, they are not reviewed here. What's the consensus about hooking up with someone who is un-reviewed, or young - 20-25 ish? So far I've stayed away because I'm leery of them being LE or ripping me off - since all the rip-offs I read about are by young girls. I'm fairly new to this and I know there are a lot of you guys who are great resources, so I thought it would be worth checking here. I've been tempted to see a couple young ones lately but never follow-thru or I find someone 30 or older. Thanks.

Reviews are overrated. New girls usually start with no reviews so if you base your decision on most TER members you will never see anyone new. I saw many new ones and except for one so-so experience I always had a good time.
