what does it take for a provider to whitelist or not? can all ladies on TER whitelist or do they have some VIP status as well that makes whitelisting possible or not?

But for TER I only whitelist after two successful meetings. This is because TER doesn't prescreen their users so I want to be sure if I am verifying someone they weren't just being "ok" that time. I like consistency.

but there are many many hobbyists that would be left out in that situation that are very good people.  One and done isn't bad. There are ladies that multiple times are wanted but that isn't always the case. If the guy is is nice, clean and respectful, why not whitelist after only one encounter?

It's easy to be respectful for an hour. Showing consistency is important to me if I'm putting my name under your handle as safe to see. Sites like P411 do a ore screening for members. They have your info and I feel more confident verifying someone with someone who they are slightly more accountable (you and I know TER isn't fool proof).

We providers can even vouch each other.  Real cool!
