Raw is uncooked and unprocessed, not Vegan.

But anyway, here are some of my favorites, I'm vegan and do eat my food hot!  These places all have vegan and vegetarian options....

Ki's in Encinitas
Rancho's Cocina in OB or North Park
Naked Cafe in Solana Beach
Lana Thai in Pacific Beach
Jyoti Bihanga in Normal Heights
Sipz Fusion Cafe in Clairemont
Spread in North Park
Pokez Downtown
Bombay in Hillcrest

Any Thai or Indian place is predominately Vegetarian.

Any part of town in particular?  There are quite a few good ones, and even more vegetarian friendly.
