The closest legit clubs would be at city of industry (vip, minato) which is in LA county.  A hostess club is, in a way, an inexpensive version of a stripclub.  You go to the club to cop a feel for a less than a dollar a minute as opposed to 10 bucks a minute at a typical strip club.  However, the girls at a hostess club are nowhere near the caliber of strippers in the looks dept.  If you're looking for inexpensive mileage, hostess clubs are the way to go.
