As you may already know I have been named the new moderator for this board. I'm gratified at the support and encouragement I've received and I hope to make a positive difference.
 I'm brand new to the Mod Squad, and still learning the ropes, so bear with me a little while as I adjust to this paradigm shift in my TER activities Don't be afraid to ask for my help, and don't be surprised if I ask you for yours

It has been about five years since the SD board actually had a "member moderator" (for any of you old timers out there who remember Sedagive).  I really hope that it will make a difference on the member participation on the Sd board, which can be dead as a doornail at times.

Hell, if a tenth of your chutzpah rubs off down here, that should get things lively!
