Also, I would like to apologize to anyone who has emailed me a request for an appointment in the last few weeks. My computer was down for a couple of weeks while it was being upgraded, so if you emailed me and didn't receive a response, I do hope you will have the patience to try again.  I would like to request that you include a subject line in your emails which clearly indicates that you are requesting an appointment, and that you do not send any attachments with your email.  I will respond to all legitimate emails in the future, promise!!

I know that many of you have called and left messages and I have been unable to return all of these calls.  I appreciate each and every gentleman who chooses to call and request an appointment, and again, I will do my best to respond to all messages in the future.
