2) For the future, this is why you should have VIP membership.  I paid for mine and you should do the same.   If this is to be your first experience, you should be sure it is a good one

BTW I did not look at the reviewers' history, or read the reviews, because of the low numerical ratings.   I think those speak for themselves.   Maybe someone else will do more research for you
