I just spent the last 1 hour going through the recent posts and also looking through the excellent providers that have been so active.  Great reviews, great looking women and the service they provide is outstanding.  However, (you knew that was coming), I find that I am completely priced out of the market!  Being retired has some terrific advantages but  hobbying is now lost to me.  Even setting aside for special occasions is becoming harder and harder.  It appears that the recent upswing in the market and economy has left us "oldtimers" behind.. "damn"

Anyone else feel the same as me?  How are you handling it?

Most ladies usually offer specials around holidays, like the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.
If you can only play a few times a year, take advantage of those specials!

So those who have a smaller budget can still enjoy our company.
I bet you'll find any session I offer to be fulfilling!

there are gems out there, you simply need to be patient and expect to take a few culls along the way.  I have found several on BP over the last year who were top notch ladies and very resonable.

aren't you grandfathered in for original pricing with any of the 40 girls you've reviewed?

can't you use the search function on ter and indicate a specific price range?

can't you get a part time job as a greeter at wal=mart to make some extra $$?

it's a malady of many hobbyists. You are not alone. As was suggest, sharpen your research skills there are terrific providers out there, at reasonable donations, take it as a challenge to find them. If you're not already checking the daily "new" reviews, you might be missing out.

I am a VIP & I read the reviews, so if you have only met 1 provider that you rated a 9 it makes you wonder.  If no 1 provider whitelisted you it makes me think are you a good date?  The fact that you stated this thread indicates that none of the providers you picked previously enjoyed your company enough to offer you a discount for repeat fun. There is something for everyone here.  I try to offer a wide variety of services with tributes that vary.  My friends on TER I offer sweet incentives.

First didn't you do any retirement planning that included the hobby? Despite others, the hobby or the touch of a woman is a necessity and part of a healthy lifestyle.  

I will say there are a few ladies who i had a great fondness for who's rates have exceeded my pocket book as they became more successful. But there are some very nice ladies still within in reach. The key is to be creative in your financing, and stick to those you like, you will find mutual benefits not on the menu.  

And a parting thought. There is a particular lady (on this thread) who I hope to reconnect with for a "retirement" celebration

I'm retired too, and my budget allows 2-3 hours of mid-priced providers per month.  There is one whose rate is double my norm whom I see occasionally.  I need to save up for her, but I think she's worth it.

My earlier post quoted Kiki's rate at 140 HH, which is what it was when I saw her in Jan. It is now 160 HH, but still a bargain in my book for what she provides.

Wow, no need for replies like this on this board. Every time I read this thread this comment comes across as so douchey and condescending.  Really thats the most help you could offer is to chastize the OP for not being grandfathered in on some super great deal.  

And then to start by stating he doesnt know how how to use the TER search function. D-Bag!!! Do some research before you start insulting people on the board. If you'd looked you'd see he's been on TER over a decade. Or dont you know how to use that function

If you had looked you'd have seen that 39 of the 40 reviews were over 9 years ago. It's rather unlikely in this hobby that any of those women would still be around.  

Why dont you PM the OP and offer to help him with his Walmart application. If you know how to PM. That was  a lovely comment on its own. Wow you seem like such Dbag.  To all those hard working folks at Walmart I commend you and congratulations for having a job any job in this economy.  

Now back to the OP. This is a fairly common subject at the M&G's between the men but for whatever reason it seems taboo on this board. IDK why the rates have really increased recently only the women can say and I doubt we will ever get an honest answer on what they're thinking. I do feel the same as you and I also have been forced to cut back quite a bit.  

I am much more selective now and I watch this board for women that I feel would be a great connection. You can tell a lot by their replies on this board.  I defer to FBSM occasionally and I've also found that there are some much better options in OC and LA and even Temecula if you are able to drive. Why pay inflated SD rates when OC is just around the corner?

Lastly I noticed that you used to see Mandy Heart. She was an ATF of mine and I know she saw very few clients. She was an absolute gem and really put the G in GFE for me. I can only hope that someday I'll come across another woman with such a warm heart. She was in one word amazing.  The search continues....

Times are still tough for us all but I do see an upswing in the economy but you don't have to be left behind. Since your now retired, perhaps a part time job would help you out in setting aside funds for your adventures. There are also some ladies out there who fees are very wallet friendly. Another suggestion: Depending on what you did, maybe you can barter your job skills for time. Don't feel left out, I'm sure you have some options to work with. You can PM me and I can point you towards a lady I know who might help you out. Take care.

Thanks to everyone that responded.  Some great thoughts from some of you and I noticed a bit of sarcasm from a couple of you.  I hope that you feel better now.  I did mention that I save up to play with those that attract my attention, I also was just starting a post to see how others thought about finding themselves in similar situations.  I am well versed in the search, mining, and other methods of finding that right fit for my budget.  I am not a haggler, the market determines the asking price.  I may ask if there are specials going on at a particular time but respect the donation as what it is without trying to wheedle it lower.  Just some thoughts.
