It would be okay to bring us a football team.  

Preferably a team that San Diegans will come to see, unlike the Chargers .. a team where the City doesn't have to pay the owners because the residents, for whatever reason, won't come to see the games in person and then whine when the team  leaves the City after raping and pillaging the City coffers. Yeah, that would be nice.
