I agree.  I don't like the name either but at least there is some common vocabulary.

I would call it "Throating" her. You can always ask her if she has been "throated" before and then proceed to demonstrate the technique.

However, I believe a webcam was in my boudoir in my college days,
because that's been my signature move since then.  I guess it's finally catching on!  

If I really am enjoying one, I provide it as part of my accoutrements of pleasure!
I call it my "Trust Trick".... you must indeed feel immediate trust in your partner  
to pay attention to all nuances in order to not choke you, make you pass out,
and finally, as Phi68psi said, the pressure and force needs to also be monitored  
by the both of you, or you'll have a an unfortunate incident on your hands!

Indeed, it is fun to hear the "friends", enjoying it however.
