Kissing isn't something that is like running...you have great genes or the right body type or practice a lot and can become "the best". It is something that is interactive, and with the right ladies, you will get a lot more mileage with them in this activity if you click with them and they are comfortable with you. In many ways, it is easier to say "best fellatrix" or "best cowgirl" or "best doggie" than "best kisser", because kissing in many ways is more intimate than those activities, and those things are more about straight physical response or action than kissing.

You may be better served looking for the provider types you like and narrowing it down to a few and then either talking with those ladies or guys who have reviewed them.  I know I have MY personal favorites, but most of that is based on the connection I have with those ladies.
