If you are going to use this method guys you will always be able to tell if the girl is a cop is she refuses to get near/or in your vehicle. Decoys are told not to get near or in the car for fear of being abducted. They will ask you what you want and hook you for a price that will be too good to pass up. Thats all they need to convict you. And, when you get busted, which is usually on a Friday night you will go to jail, get your car towed, and probably spent 3-4 days in jail in less your able to make bail. Or so I've been told!!!!

I may be incorrect but I believe in such cases LE can take your car.  It just adds to what is already a risky proposition (pun intended.)

You are correct.  Another reason why it just isn't worth doing.
I think now they also throw you in jail for the night instead of giving you a ticket.
