I am discovering many people who have flooded the market with their bs fake it until you make it business. The sad part is it’s obviously working, or they would not do it. I see lots of fake ads, stolen photos, remixed content used to make a website that appears to be real, but then you send the deposit & your ghosted. 👻  
TER is a tool if you use it. I’m mind blown 🤯 by the $2k no GFE & $3k GFE I really wanted to view the ad to see if it’s fake.
