Call it envy or whatever you want. All these stories about providers buying guys this or that or spending outside time with hobbyists, or calling them for advice etc etc- who cares. Good for you- does everyone need to hear about?

...the thousands and thousands of dollars that I spent on providers that I wish I would not have. Providers have the upper hand in this, no doubt. Sometimes you just get lucky. In my case the girl that bought that shirt became my girlfriend. It happens sometimes.

I have been doing this for a little over 30 years now and have had a lot of wonderful experiences.  I have found that the best way to go about this hobby is to look at the ladies as you would any other woman you would encounter.  Sure they provide a fantasy to us but you have to remember that these ladies are somebodies mother, daughter or sister.  

I have found that if you treat them as a woman first you have a better experience.  That attitude has allowed me to spend a lot of wonderful times that included a lot of things like what has been detailed. Those moments were special and private that were between two people that enjoyed each other's company.  

I am always thankful for the memories these ladies have provided that didn't involve anything I could put in a review because they were shared just between the two of us.

Yes, you are on the mark with me. I spent two hours on writing a review for TER of a young lady only to have it thrown back at me because of their rules.

The look in their eyes doesn't lie. I have seen the fawn look dozens of times now and the impression never goes away.  They are just girls that figured out that they have something to contribute that most girls don't. Sort of amazing in a way.

I wish more could get it and understand. Some stuff is too private, I get it.

It's useful and interesting to me, it also gives me a gauge as to what generous providers with long term clients might do.  If she spends 4 hours OTC to watch a movie with me that's pretty big, if she has coffee that's super nice but not way out there.

I also like reading posts that are positive in nature and these are almost always that.

If you don't care for them then you should do what I do with all the ISO posts- ignore them, different people get different things from this resource.

I often go out to breakfast with my favorite provider OTC, and we both enjoy just talking about a variety of subjects, hobby related or not. Those times are just as special to me as our play dates. I have no problem with guys relating such experiences on the board here.

so it appears that many of you connect very often with women- providers and I would presume women in general, i.e., women like you and like to spend time with you. And from the sounds of it, you like to spend time with them on the clock and off the clock.

Anything else OTC,that I experience, is between the two of us.  

I can't speak for everyone, but I'm not looking for a girlfriend.  I guess the simplest way to differentiate is this: I pay to have sex at a time and manner of my choosing.  OTC time is when two friends hang out.  She's a girl friend not a girlfriend

To put it a different way sometimes when I work for a client it's just a job, I come in, do my work, then I'm out.  Sometimes if the clients are cool I'll get a beer or something after work, but that's on my own time and I'd never try to bill for it.  When they ask if I want to get a beer after work I don't think they are trying to have a romantic relationship with me, especially if his name is Bob

Faulty logic there IMHO. Sets up a false choice, when there are other options.

Does the girl friend hang out when you are no longer her client? I guess that is the question.

We had a bunch of other things in common.

On our second time together, SHE indicated that, "I can't stop thinking about you". She initiated a relationship, not me. Based on what I have already said above, it was nearly impossible to refuse.

If I remember correctly, TER did a poll and 47% of providers have So's. Of the few I see now, all of them do. I even met one once, nice guy! The 3 of us had dinner one night.

Maybe I have just had bad luck, but civvie girls are not anywhere on par with providers sexually. Providers raise the bar so high that I can almost get a little ruined for civvie girls.  

I have no regrets with that provider. One of the most inspirational person I have ever met.

I was the only true boyfriend she had in many years of providing. Flattering to say the least, even though I am not all that.

One provider that I see now ALWAYS finds ways to keep things fresh with new ideas and activities. I just never found that in the civvie world. All of the providers I see now are absolute sweethearts and non judgmental. That's hard to find in the civvie world.

Mostly no, but one does, we get lunch once a month or so even though she quit providing.  No sex, just catching up.  Sometimes we catch a show.
