A long, leisurely ride through the mountains on a train...we'd have a compartment, of course, but it would be amazing to snuggle and watch the snowy landscape slide by.  No particular destination but the end of the line and perhaps back...the stealing away would take DAYS.

Seriously, I like the awesome view and room service suggestion. I've always wanted to see one of those exclusive beach resorts in Hawaii.

'Tis the season, so right now I'd do the snow-bound cabin or lodge. Roaring fire, fondue, great wine. Perfect snuggle conditions. Maybe a sauna, run out and jump naked into the snow, then more mutual warming. Just say when...
