it's appropriate now as well. I realize it's a bit late at this point since Thanksgiving is tomorrow but some of us may give it some thought in the coming month. I hope you all have a great holiday tomorrow and remember that it's not just a day off from work. Be thankful you are who you are, you have what you have and live where you do.

most ladies either have someplace to go or are choosing to make themselves available because they could use the business, it is truly the thought that counts, NMax.  Kudos to you, and maybe there is a provider out there who is in SD on her own and would appreciate the company (I see alarmin1 has already posted an inviation).  

Another suggestion...military personnel here in town who are away from home on the holidays.  I dated a lady about 12 years ago whose family arranged that we had a gal from North Island over on Thanksgiving.  There may be some program like that still around.

And of course...there are always places to help out on Thanksgiving, if any single folks out there want to be of service to the less fortunate of us.  Believe me, seeing those people will make you thankful if anything will.

Naughtius, we must have been sharing vibes, 'cause I had the same thought today, about posting an open invitation to those who knew me to share a meal with my self, siblings, and parents.  There would be tons of googlie eyes and whispered questions, but heck, I truly am grateful to those I've shared time with in the past year.  I'm just not sure a meal with my parents and siblings would be such a treat!    So, if there's anybody out there interested in having a drink/meal and/or watch a movie, PM me.  Maybe we could even get a crew of folx together?  Bottomline, --  Be well and thanks!, fahrkle
