I’ve been there twice and had a great time each time. I would suggest an agency, there are a few on craigslist, just type tj or Tijuana or search here for a reviewed lady. The lady of your choice will meet you at McDonalds and take you to either a motel ($38.00) or her incall location via her car or a taxi ($6.00). I think it’s best to take the trolley where for $5.00 you can ride all day. It’s best to go during daylight hours. I was there not to long ago and I waited one and half hours in line to return to the USA.  I was at the boarder at 4pm and was back to my car (VIA the trolley) by 730pm.

It's worth it if you do your homework.  Stay away from the street girls and the club girls.  Some can be pretty hot, but the service is almost always mechanical and unsatisfying.  Agencies like cumintj or Team Juanita are your best bet.  You'll pretty reliably get a good looking girl whose pictures you can check out online ahead of time, service that includes bbbj and gfe, and pay about half what you would for the same service here.  Just a word of caution: I always go late on a weeknight, when there's virtually no line at the border crossing.

It all depends, Mi Amigo.  If you don't mind outsourcing for sex, TJ is a great and affordable alternative.  Lots of good looking young chicas there who will show you a great time, but you still need to do a search to find the one that suits your taste!
