Is this really an account of a law enforcement agency associated with the County of San Diego actually doing something useful with tax payer dollars for a change?

Imagine that! ....to think the CHP could have been sitting around on their butts posting useless messages on this board, or even better, being the macho, he-men we all know and love, putting their lives on the line  busting escorts!!  

It's gonna take me a while to get over this one!

Suzanne:  thank you for the article.  Just saw one such offender yesterday and wished there were a way to report him.

Now......on the topic of what should be against the law.....those photos of you should be deemed unfair advertising.....they cause we hormone-driven males to start thinking .... when oh when will we be able to put the name "Suzanne" on our calendars? Your continued use of these well-done photos of your very-well-done torso is just not fair to the male sex.

(And by the way....why were you still up at 1:57 a.m., young lady?)

please report all people that throw their cigarette butts out the window of their cars, i dont want to get anymore of them thrown in my face when i'm riding my bike!

A couple of years before the Cedar fire, we had the Viejas fire that was started by a cigarette butt.  People lost homes in that one.

Every beach clean up day the largest amount in volume and weight is butts. The beach is not your ashtray.
