I have been to a few & you would enjoy it regardless of your sexual orientation.
So I got to the location and parked. Decided I'd sit there and see what I could ascertain from there. First, I saw a "woman?" standing outside her car seemingly taking off panties from under her dress. Pretty sure it was a guy dressed up like an ugly woman who returned to the party. Then saw a number of dirty old men (like me), park, get out of their cars, and go in. There was a big guy standing outside the door probably asking for the "password". Didn't see any good looking women arrive, so I didn't think it was worth a try and left. I was actually a little scared that that "woman" would hit on me.
Side note - Interesting in that the industrial location was right next to a suite from which I saw a lot of Middle Eastern people emerge from, many with children. They had to walk right past the big guy to get to the parking lot. Thought it might have been a day care center.
