I  just saw this ad in Craig List.  Is this a stock photo?

I would believe them to be stock photos.
Or as one puts it best TGTBT...
However, I am not a professional on how CL works. (So it's my 2 cents)
From personal experience I do know that, even today there are still those that cash n'dash. Men looking to drive ladies and be there driver/body guard, negotiation, etc.
All around I say trust your gut and play it safe!
