I'd suggest doing a little homework, right here on T.E.R.  San Diego & the surrounding area has some real gems that I've discovered, and the good information is all out there.  Do some legwork, and have some fun!

It's been said, but with a little homework, you can find some real gems.  Many different flavors.  Here's a start of a list in no particular order:  J'ai, Annabelle, Olivia, Teal, Jessi, Lovely Chi, Mary Jane SSM, Suzanne, . . . There are several who are on my 2 do list (Amber, Samara, Oceana, Hottiehotpants, Layla North), who are incredible by reputation.  Each of these woman are incredible, as good as or better than any in any town.  Provided that you treat them right, they are without a doubt way better than any of those you have reviewed and they will rock your world.  The only reason to go to TJ in my book is if you don't have the coinage.  The choice is yours -- you can pay a couple bucks for a shack in TJ or spend real money for a mansion in La Jolla or Del Mar or PB or downtown or ....

Check out www.sdasp.org - lots of providers and many seem to have consistently good reviews in TER.

I have gave up on indys in San Diego and there is certainly no good agency here.  I use a montreal-based agency call Canadian-Network which usually have girls visit OC/LA/LAX, rarely SD.
I do see a lot of good reviews on the providers listed by MYTDRIVE.  I have considered to give some of these girls a try.  I have repeatly heard good things about Jai, Samara, and Oceana.  I have to ask though, what about alicia, belle, and brooke?  Would you consider them top 10?

As we have all said before repeatedly, ...do a search.  If you are a VIP (and if you are not, then why not?), a simple VIP search will let you know which ladies are in the top ten.  However, if you are asking for our own personal top ten, then that is a different story altogether, Mi Amigo!!
