I have been exchanging emails with a very well known San Diego rip off who is attempting to advertise with us on SouthCoast VIP.  I was very nice to her and explained that we didn't really have a category for the type of service she provides, and therefore couldn't accept her ad.  She became quite indignant and told me she was going to have her attorney begin legal proceedings against us.  Unbelievable!  Sedagive.

I know I'm taking a chance by saying this and I should bump up my liability insurance, but maybe you should put in a "dance-and-dash" category. I presume that we're talking about one of the Bridgette/Austin/Bailey/Ashley/Jenny crowd.

On the other hand, sedagive, maybe you shouldn't be too concerned. Any p-whipped attorney that they could dredge up shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I know who you are talking about.She threatened us with legal action as well.When we pulled her ad off our site.

This is how we took care of the matter.We told her she could put her ad back up. Only if she put a dissclaimer stating no F/S, any fee paid was for her company only and a link to her reviews.

She never called us back.
