Never ever prepay sessions or loan money to a provider

So I met a provider at the well known location in PL.  Her “name” was Megan.  She was super nice and she gave a pretty nice massage - it was one of these things will get much better when she got to know me.  I saw her a few times and she said it would really helpful if I paid in advance for 4 sessions.  I agreed which was not the wisest thing I’ve ever done.  Well she was nice during the first session but as I drove home she called me and said that she was completely broke (huh I had prepaid so she had money) and all of her money went to credit cards and she was on the verge of being evicted because her rent check was going to bounce.  Could I do her a huge favor and loan her enough to cover rent and she was supposed to start working at a spa so she’d be making money and she’d pay me a certain amount every week (from massage and her job).  Well predictably the amount she asked for wouldn’t be enough to cover her shortfall.  I told her I had given her quite a bit and I didn’t feel comfortable giving her more.  She made up some story that I agreed to pay all her expenses and now I was backing out.  She called me “a f’kn a-hole” and disappeared.  Moral of the story don’t loan money to people you don’t know really well (even then if there’s a problem it will ruin friendships) but certainly not to providers who you only know casually.  I already know I was an idiot and learned a very expensive lesson.  By the way Megan used to or maybe still does post on RR with and add showing a thin blonde girl in a pool.  The girl is not remotely her.  Be careful out there!

Not all providers are created equally. It sounds, like you picked a poor unfortunate soul that has a lot of issues. Find a pro that has her shot together & this will never happen. I understand you're upset, but telling everyone never to prepay because you had a problem is not necessary.

Share a link to her ad is the least you can do to warn others. Write a review here.

I'm sorry that happened to you. If you choose a reputable provider, she likely will be in a better life situation and not ask you for money at all. Clients are not responsible for our shortcomings. At the end of the day, we are an entertainment expense, not a charity.
