Has anyone had this happen to you with Kladia?  I set up an appt a week and a half in advance and drove a couple of hours in traffic to see her at her incall in MV.  She gave me the address and where to park, so I thought great.  I am finally going to meet this very well-reviewed girl.  But it was not to be.  She didn't answer the door for 1/2 an hour.  Yes, I waited that long.  I was outside her door holding a gift for that long.  During the wait (while knocking every so often), I heard a girl's voice talking inside.  I saw the blinds on the small window move as well.  But still, no answer.  As I was leaving, a man walks up to the apt and unlocks and opens the door.  I go back up a few minutes later to ask if Kladia was there.  He said "No."  I finally left to my disappointment.  I then went to an internet cafe to send her an email asking what had happened.  No response.  I drove all the way home (another couple of hours) and emailed her again in a little stronger tone a few days later.  I did not want to seem too upset, but her reviews never stated one bad experience.  Still a week later, no response.  Please chime in on this matter.  I have been in this hobby quite a while now and I have never had this kind of situation happen to me with such an expensive and popular provider.  Also, please respond if you wish Kladia.  At first, I was just hoping that you (Kladia) were okay.  Now, I'm a little more upset.  Thanks!

Sorry that happened to you, Peetee. Did you two have communication on the day of the appointment? It's possible that she forgot about the appointment, or because she didn't hear from you right before the appt., assumed you would not make it. I know it's really not a good reason and short of a major illness or accident, there is no good reason, but I always recommend when setting an appointment a week or more in advance, that we talk closer to the appt. date so that we're both on the same page.

In any event, I'm sorry this happened. Hopefuly Kladia is okay.

PT that exact same thing happened to me a number of months ago with Kladia.  I posted though I avoided her mentioning her name... and I got a lot of responses that said shine it on, it's not you (hopefully), providers have another life (true) and I just let it be.  I figured that is the way things are in this hobby sometimes...I don't understand her not responding to your emails but that was the same for me also.

I had a similar response with the famous Kladia!  We made one appointment and she was fantastic.  Two attempts to reschedule for a second appointment were met with last minute cancels.  To her credit, I did get a phone call telling me the appointments were being canceled, both on the way down to the appointment.  Sorry you had a similar experience and I believe this communitiy needs to hear about things like this, especially those well respected and well reviewed providers. We deserve to get the full story, not just the glowing positive experiences.  A matter of informed choice and all!

Thanks Megan.  I hope she is okay, but she has not responded back with my inquiry via email.   Why didn't she answer the door?  She just left me hanging.  Also, she did not leave a number, only an address that I still have and the time to meet.  I replied in the email with her response to the time and date.  Oh well.  I hope no one else has to go through this.

I guess I wasn't the only one.  I had the same experience several weeks ago.  I did get responses, both before and after each failed appointment.  Even offered reduced rate and longer time.  However, to no avail.  I wonder if somebody else is answering her e-mail, and playing games.  In any case as the Bard said( I paraphase):  it is better to have been with Kladia once than never to have been with her at all.  Although she was fabulous, there are other Kladias out there.

Yup, I got stood up a few months ago as well.  Kladia called me the night before with a request to change the appointment to the day after and give her a call before I got to her place in MV.  About an hour before the appointment, I give her a call and I got the voicemail to the Assistant District Attorney's office!  Bad feeling in my gut that I wasted a 2 hour drive and weekend but decided to head over to MV per her email directions; no answer at the door and like yourself I also waited over 1/2 hour.  Went back to my hotel room and used the internet to ask why the no show?  Yup, no response.  I've never been stood up before but I figured it happens to everybody at least once in this hobby, so I sucked it up and didn't rant about her on the boards.  About a month or so later, I emailed her again and asked for another appointment, she responded with an apology and promised this time the appointment will be a go, I was jazzed and thanked her blah, blah and requested she email me back asap so we could set up a time...never emailed back, least this last time I didn't waste a drive to SD/MV.  After reading her latest glowing review, I decided to try one more time-no reponse at all this time.  The "provider's have outside lives" excuse is used to defend standing-up a client is bullshit; I don't care if a provider is an FBI agent in her "outside" life, its called "common courtesy" to contact a client  and tell him the appointment has been cancelled AND respond to emails when they ask why they were stood up!  I suggest "NO SHOW" and "NO RESPONSE TO THE NO-SHOW" should be added to the Profile of every provider.  Our friend Mathesar should include the 2 in his reports. Consistent positive reviews of Kladia and some others have made them arrogant and therefore derelict in customer service. Ladies, cancel the appointment-its your choice-but do the decent thing and inform the client and also respond why you stood him up...again, its called "common courtesy!"

Hey all, I just received word of the reason why she no-showed for the appointment.  It is consistent with what had happened.  Though I wouldn't want occurrences like this to happen to anyone, it couldn't be avoided by her.  She has since apologized, and I accepted.  I am sorry to have posted on this situation, but it was difficult not to.  I thank all of you who have helped me with some insight and ways to prepare myself before traveling a long distance to see someone.

A bit of an overreaction, dontcha think?  Maybe you should put a little lube on that plug next time.

Glad you got the apology and "explanation" bro, wish I was given the same courtesy instead of getting one a month later followed by another "no-response" for an appointment date; I think Kladia's been reading this thread and wants damage control.  Anyway-just pure guessing on my part-but your description of the events makes me think San Diego LE may be scoping Ms. Kladia out for a sting, I'd be very leery of trying another go around with her.  Try Alana Allure or Annabelle instead.  Happy Hunting!

Now that we all know that Kladia is consistently flaking on her clients, it is our responsibility to post the whole story.  I had the same experience, and although Kladia made it up to me in spades, my review never reflected the inconvenience that I experienced.  When you meet her she is an absolute doll and one of the most genuine people I have met in this hobby. She truely enjoys what she does, but it seems like she's consistently getting over her head.  Granted she has a very complex life, so let it be known that those who enter into it need to be aware that they can expect a  bump or two along the way.

It's good to see someone speak out against the tired excuses for unprofessional behavior.

Come on guys! As some of us already know and stayed quiet, Kladia rose from the ashes of the very same Hot Latina who dropped out of sight a few years ago and of course used a different name. What still remains unchanged is her same flake behavior. I will not provide Kladia's former name but, many will remember her as the best there ever was in San Diego continuously flaking out on many, with her no shows. There were legions complaining on the board about this flake with high prices. Did everyone believe another so great could come along so quickly? She is One And The Same Guys. At least she lasted a couple years as Kladia, keeping her appointments, before falling back into her old ways.

Acidom, I don't think I overreacted.  But when someone apologizes, and it seems sincere, then I will accept and let it go.  I'm not usually a difficult and unreasonable person.  But if that person is mean about it, then... that's another story.

Peetee, I wasn't referring to you.  It was directed at the guy that was ragging on her because she's an unwelcome visitor from Arizona.  I totally understand your perspective; I've gone to appointments that go wrong, and it sucks.  Glad it sort-of worked out.

No question.  LE seems to be hot on the tail here.  Went to her apt to scope out the scene.  I  got a strong tip from a fellow hobbyist who was concerned about her. Saw a car with camera.  The car was a lincoln navy blue with tinted windows.  I saw him change lenses when he stuck his camera out the window.  Be wary!!!!!!!!  It is either sting or PI collecting information.

For a while I shared the same booking agent with another lady (not in SD). This lady gets great reviews--always 9's and 10's. Guys rave about her on the boards.

One day, in frustration after 2 angry clients called about no-shows, the booking agent told me the other girl had a drinking/drug problem that got out of control every few months.

She'd have 1-2 week long cycles where she'd be a no-show for most of the clients. If a guy got upset or complained loudly enough he'd get a make-up session at a discount; otherwise she never called or gave any apology--just blew the guys off.

The booking agent finally got tired of covering for her and quit.

To this day guys have no idea from her reviews or board postings how unreliable she can be if you catch her during her bad times.

I really think you guys should post about no-shows. We can all forgive an occasional no-show--everyone can have a bad day or make a schedule mistake.

Being informed about repeated no-shows or cyclic flakiness in advance allows clients to make back-up plans or choose a more reliable lady.

Another thing that irritates me is that Kladia requires background info, i.e., real name, work number, and also provider references- I've never had a problem with giving personal info to a provider, its a safety issue and I totally understand.  But if the client gives the personal information, the provider has the minimal obligation of informing him that she changed her mind. The foundation of the hobby is TRUST: the provider trusts the potential client is not a psychopath and the client trusts the provider will show up at the appointed time or informing him ahead of time that she can't make it.  I think we owe it to the team as well as to the providers who never stand-up a client to start posting no-shows.  Anyway, to be honest, I regret I never got the chance to see Kladia and I get an ache in my balls when I read her reviews but third attempt was it for me and I have a feeling she may be closing shop soon because of SD LE.
