We send an invitation to meet our favorite provider and we get no response for days?

A: Busy, check back later.
B: Pissed her off in a post a few months back and you're on her shit list.
C: She figured out she's a lesbian
D: quit the biz

It happened to me and I moved on, but just wondering.

Sometimes there is a legitimate reason, e.g. she never saw your request due to a technical glitch, or she accidentally deleted it without reading. The best providers DO get numerous contacts each day, and some may slip  through the crack. If you have not already done this, since she is your favorite provider, I would at least send the invite one more time with the caveat that you had not heard back to the first one.

I have requests in my inbox for over two months away. If I have thirteen emails to respond to for appointments in the next two weeks those will be handled first.

Or sometimes I am just busy with my civvy life!

PLEASE don't take it personally!

I hate when people get their feelings hurt when I just didn't see their message.

One time I got three messages like this (paraphrased):

1.  Hi, Freya!  I've been dying to meet you.  Can I see you today?
2.  I still haven't heard from you.  I want to see you.
3.  I'm starting to think you just don't want to see me.  Don't you want to make money?
4.  Okay...I guess you don't want to see me.  I don't know what I did wrong, but it's YOUR loss.

I received all four of the messages on the same day before I ever read the first one, LOL!

Personally, if I'm not going to see you, I will tell you why.  I know there are different opinions on this, but the reason I do it is so the client can hopefully learn from his mistake and go on to be a better hobbyist.  Even though he might be pissed at me.  

I'd much rather someone be upfront with me about a problem instead of just ignoring my attempts to communicate until I "get the hint" that something is wrong, but I will never know what the problem was.
