It looks to me like this agency is trying to gain some sort of legitimacy by having the TER symbol on their website.  But if you look closely at it it looks like the just used the symbol rather than actualy being a TER approved website.....hmmmm we'll see......any opinions on this? or am I just crazy?

THe "reviewed by TER" symbol means the site has been registered with site reviews.
