All the white knights come riding in on their horses.  It's strange that in this community, men just can't fathom that a provider can have an off day.   I've run into it once, didn't write a review and then about a week later someone else wrote her first bad review which was almost exactly what I experienced.  Well, sure enough, the review was pulled a few days later.
