There's nothing wrong with inquiring if her rates are unclear. It's a whole different thing to negotiate and "discuss" rates if they are already clearly stated on her site/ad. Most providers will not reiterate their rates if it is crystal clear on their site/ad, nor will they confirm X amount for Y time.
Anyways, here's how I would personally inquire. It's just an example and there are many ways to go about asking:
"Hi [provider name], it's [your name]. I saw you on [date/time/location]. On our last appointment, you mentioned that more options other than a massage may be available on my next visit. I'd like to know about that since it is not listed on your site/ad. If other options are not available, I would still like to see you for a massage. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!"
