The client has a 1st Amendment right to post an honest review.

That said, as Datyking noted, it's generally considered poor form to mention a provider going above and beyond her advertised menu.

Beyond that, there's not enough information given in the OP to comment in more detail.

I recently saw an ad by a provider where she attached pictures of exchanges in text messages and was calling out a hobbyist for posting a review of their date, summarizing sexual activities they did saying she did not consent to the review and it was a violation of her privacy.

Was this a violation of her privacy?

Should hobbyists get permission from providers before posting reviews? Or are all bets off if a lady participates in this profession?

I have never asked or tell a provider I am writing reviews.  I’m not sure if the ladies know my handle.  A provider on HX did reached out (at midnight. lol)  after I posted a review on her, stating she was averaged in looks.  Because of my senior status my review on her posted immediately.  I’m sure it was some white night of hers who told her about the review.  Other than noting her average in looks (IMO) the overall review was actually positive.

Of course I would never post reviews of a masseuse who works at a nonFS spa who offered me extras beyond a HE.

Are hobbyists violating FS providers and escorts’ privacy by posting reviews of sexual activities they engaged in during a date?

If a provider does not want to participate in the review culture they can ask to be delisted. I always think it’s. Good idea to ask if an entertainer wants to be reviewed before taking the time write a review. For me personally, I feel reviews should help with business. If you provide an excellent service the reviews will reflect the facts.

When you write reviews, do you do so with the intention of helping, or hurting the providers business?

I deactivated my HX account long ago it in my opinion is a trash site. My belief is that your comment on being average was actually a compliment.

Yes, I agreed and all my reviews are fantasy reviews 😁

About providers asking to be delisted if they don’t want to participate in the review culture, that makes sense but I don’t know if that option is available on all review platforms. If a reviewer posted a fantasy review on the USASexGuide site and another hobbyist questioned, comment, or say that shouldn’t be written because of inaccuracy the Admin on that site would ban that hobbyist for discouraging others from writing the reviews.  On RR providers can turn off the review function.

I agree and would think reviews would help with “business” but the provider didn’t want it and maybe that review was posted on USASG site where everything is allowed 😂

I use HX from time to time and have found some gems.  Options are limited now when compared to 10 years ago where there were many platforms to find provider ads.  HX is great to access the Asian agencies.  Several years back there was also the “Baja Crew” that had amazing talents.

Maybe the provider only does certain activities with a few clients and doesn’t want others to believe she has a full menu so to speak

Yeah I would never include activities not listed on the provider’s ad/menu….

I don’t know all the information either other than seeing screenshots of text messages where the provider told the hobbyist he violated her privacy by writing the fantasy review of their activities.  I’m not sure if she wanted the review or that she didn’t like him listing the activities they engaged in….

I'm curious if she has other reviews and if she advertised on a massage site or fs.
In any case,  she'll get over it unless her SO knows she's a SW but she lies to him about what services she gives.

Of course there's her other clients that think they are the only one to get whatever she doesn't want seen in a review.

Well then I feel that they're in the wrong business.....
Just like restaurants or service stations or any other service out there like massages or getting your nails done. Any type of business that is a public business. Whether it be private is subject to reviews, that's how this new culture is and in order for you to adapt, you have to be willing to handle being reviewed. Girls went to this industry and don't want to be reviewed. They just think that oh I can just do this and do what I want to do and not be reviewed.
By being reviewed, guys are being able to give their honest opinion of how they handle the date. The girls that don't want to be reviewed don't want to be called out on their behavior. I've been doing this 15 years and I always try to give excellent service so I don't mind reviews. I do mind when the reviews are targeted to purposely try to bring down a girl's business because one the client themselves don't like the girl or it's a targeted bad review from someone you haven't seen. But yet it's a girls friend who is actually trying to Target your business and destroy your business which happens is this industry. So you always have to take reviews with a grain of salt. Just like you have to take reviews in the real world with a grain of salt cuz you could see in the real world, a restaurant could have thousands of amazing reviews and then you'll have one bad review because someone doesn't like the place that doesn't mean you're not going to like the place. That just means that person didn't like the place just like here. You might like the girl but not everybody's going to like the girl.
And nowadays with all these scammers girls need to be able to be reviewed so that the guys and girls know they're not being scammed or that they are scammers. Reviews nowadays protect both the client and the provider from being scammed in this climate of all the AI and all the fake profiles or only fans profiles. Just trying to get clients for their profiles to join and not actually see in person. So going forward I think girls need to be more flexible on getting reviews even if it's a little negative. Like oh she was pretty but she wasn't drop dead gorgeous or she did the service. It's just she's not my type that thing. At least then the girl can understand. Okay I wasn't his type but I did what I was promised. I might be the next guy's type. You can't be everybody's type and believe me after 500 plus reviews. I know that.
I sometimes tell people they don't have to write a review, but that's because I have over 500 reviews. I don't need every single review every once in awhile I tell someone yeah to write me a review because I just want to make sure I stay current. You know one every few months or one every other month just so that people know I'm still around but when you have as many as I do I don't need them every month. I have to keep an eye out for all these fake reviews because some people try to tear my business down or they just try to review me just so they can get VIP and a lot of their reviews are fake and easily noticeable, especially if you've seen me.
So going forward review the girl if you want to review the girl but just make sure it's honest. Hugs, Hazel Hayes

With all due respect, I disagree with this.  I can certainly understand how useful (or at least the perception of how useful) feedback on a given companion can be, but there are simply too many variables at work for this kind of feedback to really be useful, at least in the manner many like to think they can be useful.  In your post above, you even mention reading them "with a grain of salt", which tells me the content isn't really reliable but many seem to forget the salt and allow the feedback to set false expectations.

My biggest gripe with how the current system works is the guys who indicate a lackluster experience often don't include *their* contribution to the lackluster experience.  "She refused to give me a {fill in the blank}, even though we agreed on it beforehand" is an example, but he neglects to mention he refused to shower and wash his junk, which smelled of who knows what which is why she refused to do it.   The stories I've heard about what guys do in private really shock me.

What prompted me to post was this:

"Well then I feel that they're in the wrong business..... "

I fully understand how "client feedback" can be considered part of the "cost" of doing this business, but I've had far too many positive experiences for lack of any kind of online feedback would be considered negative.

Lastly, my intention isn't to get you to change your view/opinion/perspective.  You have the right to that.  I just disagree with it and nothing more.  :)

The whole point was the review points that that person is REAL!! Versus AI or only fans ads see a review. Actually. Points that that somebody actually in the real world saw that actual person whether or not the review is actual real. It points that that person they saw in the real review is real and that the reviewer is real. That is the point. The review helps point that the person is real and the reviewer is real. That's why we use the reviews to verify people and say that they're real and they do what they say they're going to do versus and only fans are an AI ad.
