has anyone seen shannon, lately?  i tried to see her in february, but her voicemail said she was going to be in europe for a while, but return on march 5.  her 800-656-8115 number hasn't been in service.  a little help please.

Back in December (12/11 or thereabouts), when she said she was going to Europe, Shannon also announced that she was retiring when she got back.
