I was looking at the 'all providers' tab and saw many that had, to my knowledge, left the business (such as Essa) and there are many old faces back there with reviews from mid-late 2004 and nothing since. Either someone moved some files into the wrong place or Cityvibe is trying to make it look like they have more girls on there then they do. Hopefully this is not causing a problem for the girls with unexpected phone calls or wierd calls to the new owners of those numbers.
Does anyone think the current influx of retired providers is a little odd? In the past few days four retired asian and several other older ads suddenly resurface. Is this a sting or what?

I thought the same thing....anyone call Cityvibe and ask?
What makes more sense? There is something fishy with a long time legit site. Or these girls just can back for some cash...hmmmmm
I am not implying that cityvibe is not legit. I know they are a reputable company and I do not want to discredit them in anyway. However there are just too many ladies (12 that I could count) to not draw suspicion. Plus it is stranger yet that 7 of those 12 are the highest reviewed asians ever reviewed on this board. All of the sudden out of no where all these asian providers decided to come back for some cash?
Iwish I could be a logical as Jai, but In this town with these cops, I say better safe than incarcerated.
My understanding is that Cityvibe was getting smaller, therefore dropping in search engine placement. They put up a ton of "fake" ads (ads for retired women, ads from 2 years ago with dead phone numbers) to beef up their ads and rise up the search engine rankings. Problem is, this dilutes the pool for the gals who are actually paying for ads. Suddenly there's 100 ads there with dead numbers...guys get frustrated and go to another site after dialing 3 or 4 dead numbers in a row.
On another Cityvibe note, I've heard some gals on that site actually work for Cityvibe. Are they pimpin' now? If so, not smart.
I don’t know anything about the other escorts advertising on that site but I have had a number of problems with them. Until recently, I had advertised consistently on Cityvibe for the past three years and paid extra for VIP/the works placement! At some point a couple of years ago, I renewed my ad, only to find out that Cityvibe had done me the 'favor!!' of placing an (unsolicited) ad for me on Craigs List! Supposedly the deal was that the CL ad would drive clients to my Cityvibe ad. I'm going to try to be nice and polite here, and just say that I seriously expressed my extreme displeasure to Cityvibe’s staff about the ad on CL!!
In addition, I made the mistake of scheduling and paying for a photo session with one of their 'photographers!' That photo session was an enormous pain in the butt... the guy had no idea what he was doing, and because of the poor lighting/heavy shadows/dreadful poses, that session produce no usable pictures.
There's plenty more I could say here, but I don't want to bore you all to death
Based on my personal experiences, Cityvibe had and still has a number of problems, I would never recommend to another escort that she advertises on that site, and it is my experience and opinion the Cityvibe is not a reliable legitimate site at all.
Suzanne
I heard that when there site traffic goes down they start putting up old pics of these foxy ladies to increase traffic...

You linked to sdexotics, and i couldn't see an ad for "Dallas" as you are listed under in TER.
I'd like to call you. But can you explain the "3" in performance on your second (of two) reviews?
Sorry kid. After writing the above post I read the whole thread that you started below. It just fits a classic scenario though, where you see this "pimp" review of 9/9 posted by the provider or a pimp, then the real world reviews come in, revealing the true situation of 3's. So good, you're not one of those
, glad to hear it. I would still like to see your ad, it would be fun to get together.
By the way, you might want to get a few more reviews from TER guys to balance out the score. If anyone mentions TER, ask them to please submit a review quickly! Good luck to you.
My guess is that Cityvibe just uploaded a bunch of old ads by mistake. Its no sting. I called some of the old numbers just for kicks and the ones I called are no longer valid. The ads for some of the girls did bring back some memories and reminded me that when you want to see a girl, don't wait to long. Most eventually stop advertising.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
We thank you for your purchase!
