Hello San Diego,
I have a private website with videos and photos.  I want to make more money by creating some higher quality videos to put on porn-hub, other sites, and maybe sell on e-bay.  I am interested in working with a videographer who can shoot, edit, and help market the videos.  
I want to offer 25% of profits to the videographer.  The rest will be split equally among actresses.  Actors will be volunteers.
