I don’t know if this will help much. The review system is what really drives traffic to the site I bet.

From what I can tell the site is still redirecting to the standard "TER is not available" page if you're not hitting it via vpn in some other country.

you got here late, we had about 12 hours or so today where you could log on without VPN.  Now its back down.  I'm hoping its because they are working on the programming to get more content back up.  

Ah, well hope springs eternal I suppose.
