They are two separate individuals.
The photos are different, the bodies are different, Giana/Caligirl shows her face and even the tats, Cameron's website barely gives you a visual taste.
I've communicated with Giana in the past in my Mod duties, and on the other hand, Camerons one review is legit. Appears to me we're looking at a coincidental situation of TWO attractive blonde providers living in San Diego. Imagine that! I bet you there are more

I've also seen Giana (Cassandra) who happened to be a very lovely girl and a gracious Lady (sorry, I do not write reviews for many personal reasons and having said that, I know that many of you will frown upon this, but that's cool if you wish to flame me for this or using a posting ID!). At the first glance, it appears that these are two different ladies. However, after I saw MP's post, considering her female instincts & intuition (of MP's) I had to took a much closer look. Upon very careful review, there are many similarities, sans the body art work. Also the similarities in the location and the way the websites are written are uncanny.
Now, I can not argue against the hobbyists who claim to have seen both and vouch that these are two different ladies, as I have only seen one. Having said that, if Cameron is anywhere as good as Cassandra, then it's all good. If Ness has decided not see Cameron based on his beliefs/experiences, then that is his prerogative. And by the same token if Cassandra has decided to market herself differently as Cameron, then I wish her all the best for whatever reason she has decided to do so. I find it somewhat odd that Cassandra's website seems to be down, but then again, this is not an absolute reason for speculating or dispelling the mistaken identity issue with this regard.

Yes, indeed I am leaning in that way! Giana is a smart girl who's done well for herself. Those who have seen her progress over the last couple of year, should allude to this statement. People can get in and out of shape over a period of time. Dedicating oneself to a healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet and a productive exercise regiment ought to bring the athletic/slender shape back in a relatively young lady (late 20's). If Giana has reinvented herself as Cameron and as you stated, "if the photos are accurately representative" of her present shape, then one will get the same smart and giving girl, who has now reinvented herself for the better.
