Providers with no reviews
How common is it for an "elite" provider to have no reviews at all, anywhere? By elite I'm refering to price, say in the $600-700 range. Is it possible? Or is this likely to be a setup of some sort? Or is it possible she has just seen a relatively limited number of clients who just happen not to post any reviews?

Someone at that level can be run UTR, but, highly unlikely. Does she have a website, phone number? Google her, run Tineye on her images to make sure they're not stolen. Set up a "lunchdate" to check out the validity and chemistry. There's TOFFT and then there is hi-risk encounters - this sounds very risky.
with so many highly reviewed women who have the same or better look, and more often than not, at a better rate, what's so enticing about Alexis that would warrant the risk?

A quick check of the San Diego top 20 shows me at least 8 girls with the same or similar traits to what you've fallen in love with in a photo - and with them, you'd have a 99.8 percent chance of having a great time.
Of those 8, in checking the reviews, 6 are girls who offer services compatible with what I like to do.
Five percent of your date to ensure a good session - I suppose you don't have car insurance either.
Sigh - Sometimes I just don't understand these requests.

Had experience with two girls like that, one requested her clients did not review, she did not like the fact that "proof" was online for legal reasons. And the other because her rates where high did not get many clients and she had not been at this for that long. It could also be a rip off but it all depends, how is the add written? What are the photos like?
My .02 is that it is an excellent idea to meet for drinks first provided she is not requiring her quoted "meet & greet" donation to do this. If she is requiring her standard donation I would run the other way.
I am curious however that everything you have listed in your requirement seems to describe SD's number one ranked provider so cal Cameron yet you haven't made any mention of her? Highly regarded, more affordable donation and without any of the risk you are taking. Did I miss something?
