I've seen this provider's ads on craigslist for at least 2 years now. Does anyone know who she is or has seen her? Do I need to take one for the team here?

Sorry, but this lady must be the real Rhonda's mother or older sister.  Agree with other posters.  And Rhonda (the original) is still out there.
