Reviews are missing. Any idea why?

There was too much personal info mentioned in the reviews for her taste.  I understand she threatened TER with legal action if they didn't remove the reviews.

What more could be posted about her that all of us don't know already?  She is still there but just wanted the reviews cleared out.
