Several of the very, very best providers I have seen were or are nurses or have studied nursing.  That's not to say other professions haven't contributed to the trade, including an ex-lawyer in Philly and CPA in Boston, but that's another story.  Nurses are clustered on the very highest end of my rating scheme.  They include one of, if not the very best here San Diego, a couple of porns stars in LA, the best in Austin.  Is it because nurses through their training understand human physiology?  Or, is it because they go into the profession because they are naturally giving and caring people?  Has anyone else noticed that nurses seem to rule the hobby?

Caring and empathy...both huge factors for getting involved in nursing and being a good lover.

takes a special kind of person. Not to mention there are many ladies that are well educated and more together, then stereo types would have you believe. Many have a plan A & B. My 2 cents, is it definately helps on the health and hygiene issues. Not to mention you learn how to listen and be compassionate. That of course is a plus in any profession where you work closely with people.

Just stirred up some memories, among other things.  One FBSM provider who was a nurse finished her job and proudly explained to me, "I love my job," I believe referring to the one she just gave me.  Another time I was receiving BBBJ from a nurse/provider.  Half way through she said something like "I could do this all night."  To which I agreed, but we didn't!
