Not to sound like the many who will flame you in an instant for asking this question.  You can do yourself a big favor by buying a membership and do your research.  I recommend searching by performance and setting a minimum number of reviews -- usually 3 or 4 -- and a minimum in the looks department.  I pick 8 because there is a tendency among reviewers to over rate providers in the looks department.  You can also add other items to your search criteria relating to specific aspects of performance and appearance.  Then, sort the results based on performance from top to bottom.  Forget about reviews older than 6 months to a year.  When you read the reviews, click on the names of the reviewers and make a judgment call on whether you think the reviewer is reliable.  I disregard reviewers with only one review -- you can safely assume many are shills.  Also discount reviewers who consistently rate providers materially higher than others.  Of course, check out the pictures.  Good luck.
