I purchased (renewed) my VIP on TER on Monday - with a cresit card - and still show as a Basic member. (My VIP had expired the end of November). I've contacted TER vis the site but haven't got a response. Anyone know what's going on? Is it just the hoildays? Thanks for any info or suggestions you have.
