BigOneFor69's Review of Diana raises a question for me that I can't seem to find the answer for in any of the guides.

He didn't actually "see" her - I mean she showed up (allegedly two hours late) right as he was going to see another provider.  He rated her looks (in the parking lot) and her performance (which he did not experience).

Question is:  Do the rules allow a review like this?  Maybe there was some confusion on the time she was supposed to show.

I don't know the provider or the reviewer, but it raises a question for me - any answers?  If it is allowed, does he get VIP credit?

No transaction = no review.  It is not fair to give someone a 2 when you just walk away.
