Vanessa is still on my mind...

She visited me recently at my hotel suite. Vanessa was just as attractive as in her photographs. We sat down on the couch. I offered her a beverage and we proceeded to talk just like two old time friends that hadn't seen each other in years. What started as a casual encounter elevated into something quite passionate. During the time spent with this woman, I felt that I was truly in love. This was only supposed to be a casual encounter.

I look at her glass on the night table next to the bed. I placed my lips on the very spot where hers touched earlier that evening. I am beginning to realize that I truly miss her and yet she has only been gone a few moments.
