Travel Tijuana to San Diego

I'm thinking of flying into San Diego in order to visit the hotties south of the border. Can y'all offer helpful advice (here or at the "General Discussion" board under the "international" thread I've started) about travel from San Deigo airport to Tijuana? Should I rent a car? But just to go from airport to car parking, a rental seems silly ... other suggestions? Thanks for your time.

I've never actually visited the south of the border "providers", but I would say the best way to get to Tijuana would be to stay at a hotel in downtown SD (hopefully, you can ride a free shuttle from airport). Ride the trolley as far as you can south (last trolley stop almost right at border with Mexico) Walk into Mexico and get a taxi. Usually many taxis right on the Mexico side of border. They all know the way to where you wanna go. Make sure you know how much it will cost before getting in the cab. I'm pretty sure all the taxi drivers speak enough english to tell you how much the fare will be. Do not attempt to walk to Zona Norte!!!! I've heard that it is quite dangerous. You do not want any unnecessary contact with Mexican law enforcement. If you get robbed they will probably be not much help. Be careful and have fun.

You can park your car at the border for $5 and walk across and catch a cab, again $5,  Tell the driver to take you to Zona Norte- CHICAGO CLUB.  I've been to literally every whore house in TJ during my single years and have found Chicago Club to be the best and the safest.  Stay out of the clubs on Revolucion (where the tourists go) because the broads there are older and alot of them are transsexuals (unless you are into that).  At Chicago,  the action does not start until 10pm and you will find attractive young honeys looking for a "date".  There are rooms to rent upstairs for the joint that will cost you about $10 a pop.

Have Fun!

You can take a taxi from airport to downtown trolly stop (probably 2 miles max?) and the trolley will take you all the way to the border crossing.  Only problem is I think the trolley stops running at about 11 or 12, not sure.  Try Chicago Club and Adelitas, all cabbies will be too happy to take you for $4-5.  Good hunting.

The trolley actually runs longer on weekends.
This is the schedule for you info.
