A small percentage of the population possibly too limp to get it up, perhaps?  No matter the circumstances?  Those who might benefit from using Viagra?  Now, if their ages, medical and psychological conditions fall within some kind of "norm", Then I agree. Don't know if all that was in the question. I did'nt vote. I know I enjoy it less these days because my hand keeps getting bigger!
