Last Month I posted a tread about my younger sister and her interest in being a provider in SD I was torn as to encourage her or not.....I recieved several PMs with an interest to meet her and I want to thank those of you that were willing to help. I recieved one that stood out he was interested in just having lunch no strings attached to give her his views as a person who no longer was a hobbiest but was willing to share his thoughts and pay her for her time. The rest is history they became friends and he has been very suportive and generous in helping her to get her life back on track. Was it love at first sight? NO but he has proven to be a man of his word and no they have not slept together as they are taking it slowly, I will have the pleasure of meeting him and her for dinner when I get there next week and am really looking forward to thanking him for all the wonderful things he has already done to get her back on her feet.Will it last who knows but I know this you meet people for a reason, a season , or a lifetime nothing is by chance.....being a hopeless romantic I hope this story has a happy ending, but whatever the ending might be I want him to know how much he has made a difference in helping someone that is very grateful , myself and my sister....Victoria
well, that's good to hear. A man willing to put his money out there without the promise of receiving anything more than time and companionship in return.
Every Thanksgiving and Christmas there are posts on this board offering lonely and turkey-less ladies a warm and friendly fire to huddle around. Sometimes it's just a slimeball looking for a freebie, but I'd like to believe there is still enough goodwill and kindness on this board that people can help each other unconditionally, regardless of the time of year.
This situation I propose is the opposite of going to a strip club, missing the lady's act on stage, and still being extorted to cough up a dollar donation. You were in the room while she was hustling, you must pay or suffer her wrath, and every other lady she speaks with backstage. Yeah, welcome to the world of hobbyist-provider karma.
Victoria's story is not like that at all. Help one person help themselves, maybe others will benefit. Whomever this person was, keep up the good work and hopefully your wife doesn't mind! rant off,
