Ok....... I admit I am new to this "hobby".  So I would like to start local.  Any suggestions for my first time.  Again, looking for a provider south of downtown.  Say for about $$ 1/2, gotta start kinda of low.  I read some people refer to TJ, but is that safe?? Curious.  Help!!!
