Staff - how do we update a providers profile

I resubmitted a second review of Kristina but I noticed that none of the profile parameters got corrected per the second review.  How is this supposed to be done.  I was complaining about someone else misrepresenting her and now I am guilty of something even worse.  Please fix this asap.

It looks as though they responded. Your review isn't there at this time. They are probably changing the information that you requested.

But they still did not fix the price for the service.  Kristina was having to explain this yesterday time after time.    But she did not hold it against me when I saw her a third time.

I updated the profile.  If a profile is inacurate, the best way to have it fixed is NOT to right it on the msg board.  Just click on the "report a problem" button on each profile.
