So I find out this girl has been using my photos in different places all year. I don't know anything about AOL Hometown.... I wrote her of course... I don't think any of her photos are of her. What should I do? She has posts on TER/ Miami under the names Michelle and Faith...same ph. number. I always wonder what's up even when girls change there name multiple times. So the photo thing is just icing on the cake.

Send the threatening email with all the usual legal terms. Since your face is not being shown and she's not stealing your identity, it doesn't seem like that big a deal. I think the bigger question is where and how did she get your pics in the first place? Are those from an old website or ad?
I'd keep an eye on her, but not sweat it too much. The pics are hot by the way, I wanna see the whole series...
She has email addy's and info. on Myway.com too. I am told she works out of Miami with a freind. Neither are very nice. For all the 'Hot' photos Faith/Michelle has "okay" appearance scores, which makes me think none of the photos are really her's. As they are either mine or look like stock portfolio pic's, but never shows a face. I know I should be flattered and it's probably happened before and I didn't know. To me it's just wrong. As far as, how she got them? You got me. Some are from my older website or she may have gotten them from an ad. She has been using them since 2005 from what I could find. Sadly, once you put it out there it's hard to control.
