Yeah, I thought Minato would be pretty good, too.  Can't say I'd agree now.  They seem to have a lot of girls, or lots of names; and I haven't seen the ones with the good reviews.

IMHO - if you say you're a 1st timer, then they can assume nothing about you, and they'll be cautious.  They need to see you are familiar with the drill.  Perhaps the less said, the more demonstrated, the better you will be.
